Mississippi River Boats Ltd have received complaints about the naked cruise. In 2010 they received one complaint. Because of this complaint at the start of the 2011 cruise the participants remained dressed until we were clear of the village. During the cruise all the people we encountered on the river were happy to see us. Surprised but happy.

We received another complaint after the 2011 cruise and now Mississippi River Boats Ltd will only accept our booking if we stay dressed.

Staying dressed is contrary to the whole idea of a nude cruise so we have no option but to cancel the event.

For those who came along and cruised nude we thank you for your support. The staff on the boat were wonderful and they will be disappointed that we are not returning.

Once again naturism is curtailed by a few, probably only one, people complaining.  We have been approaching other companies but they are either much more expensive or insist we do not take our kit off.
